About the Role:

The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting project operations by managing day-to-day administrative duties, including onboarding, mobilisation, document control, cost tracking, purchasing, payroll coordination, and stakeholder communication. This position ensures smooth and efficient project office operations while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) practices

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Manager and team

  • Coordinate personnel mobilisation, travel, and accommodation

  • Manage project documentation, filing systems, and records

  • Track equipment, materials, and project costs

  • Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies

  • Support onboarding, training, and competence tracking of employees

  • Process accounts payable invoices and support reporting requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document control

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Administrator or similar role

  • Desirable: Experience in construction or engineering and remote/FIFO environments

Qualifications: Relevant secondary qualification in administration or business
