Project Support Officer

**The Opportunity**:
Ampcontrol is Australia's largest privately-owned electrical engineering company with over 50 years of experience leading advanced global manufacturing of award-winning innovations, products, solutions, and services to the resources, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

As a result of exciting continued growth, we are seeking a proactive **Project Administrator** with strong customer relationship and planning skills to join our dynamic team based in **Kewdale** on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing general project administrative support as required.
- Preparation and issue of external correspondence relating to contracts and variations including uploading documents to the customer's document management system.
- Improving contract communications including distribution, follow up actions, and process improvement.
- Maintenance of project registers such as asset management and procurement.
- Ordering materials and tracking delivery of materials.
- Contract change control and interpretation.
- Contract invoicing, forecasting, and milestone billing.
- Coordination of subcontractor inductions, access, and schedules.

**What We're Looking For**:
Your natural ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities will be complemented by your experience in the following:

- Well-developed customer service and business communication skills.
- Excellent administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Expertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP - purchasing, expediting, production, cost control and reporting.
- Ability to interpret contract documentation.
