**Roles and responsibilities**
- Purchasing stock
- Managing loading dock deliveries and inventory
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Bumping in and out equipment
- Distributing stock to outlets
- Monthly stocktake across multiple outlets
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, supplier agreements, and pricing terms
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing metrics and supplier performance to management
- May need to assist in concession/outlet if business requires

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian drivers’ licence
- WWC Check
- RSA preferred but not required.
- Speaks fluent English.
- Knowledge of event set up and requirements.
- Must be ok with shift work including weekends (no overnights, early or late morning starts)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements

We are looking for someone with an immediate start.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Events industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Drivers Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
