**About You**
**The Role**
As the Lighting Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Project quotations - from deciphering the luminaire schedule, issuing quote requests to appropriate suppliers,
- coordinating responses and reviewing quotations prior to completing a full project quotation.
- Provide technical sales support
- Process sales and purchase orders
- Produce project-specific technical datasheets from a completed luminaire schedule.
- Liaise with site teams on current orders, backorders, delays and improvements.
- Offer a high level of customer service and work closely with the internal sales and site teams.
- Assist the lighting team in maintaining stock information within the Company database, and carry out general administration tasks.
**The Qualifications & Experience We Are Seeking**
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar type of role would be an advantage.
- A high level of computer skills, advanced Excel required.
- Ability to be able to understand Luminaire schedules
- Previous use of an ERP such as SAP, Sage 300 ACPAC or a similar Company database
- Proven Negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Good customer service - Ability to work within a team environment and assist where necessary.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Must show a high level of initiative as the team is small, but the parent company is large. Must be a self-starter and able to work without direction.
