Guide Dogs NSW / ACT demonstrate and promote their values; Lead with Head and Heart; Never stop exploring; Walk the talk and Lift each other. **The Role - Grants Co-ordinator** As Grants Coordinator you will sit within Guide Dog NSW / ACT but will work within one of their core excellence shared service centres that offer best practice fundraising across multiple states. **Responsibilities**: - Works with internal & external stakeholders to develop proposals, monitor, evaluate & report on the philanthropic impact - Coordinate special purpose funded programs in collaboration with internal teams - Maintain & develops positive relationships with existing philanthropic supporters - Coordinate funder site visits (NSW/ACT) - Coordinate bi-monthly newsletter to funders & program impact reports **Your Skills & Attributes**: - Demonstrated experience in grant writing, program monitoring & evaluation or research - Excellent professional writing skills to develop funding proposals - Ability to build & maintain strong relationships - A confident multi-tasker with project coordination experience - Displays diplomacy, discretion, and effective listening - Strong administrative skills, editing skills & attention to detail, confidence in using CRMs - Displays enthusiasm, creativity & innovation - Must be comfortable around large dogs **Benefits of working for Guide Dogs NSW / ACT**: - 35-hour work week - Up to two days of Lifestyle & Wellness Leave per year - Up to ten days of unpaid Cultural & Religious Leave per year - Up to two days of paid Pet Compassionate Leave per year - Salary Continuance Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Financial & health wellness seminars and support - Generous leave conditions including Paid Parental Leave (primary and secondary carers) & Purchased Leave - Recognition & service award programs - Ongoing professional development & career pathways including up to five days of Study & Professional Development Leave per year. - Opportunities for all staff to interact with our amazing dogs in our offices or at events. **How to Apply** For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact, Rebecca Robinson on 02 9133 9322 (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri).
