La-Z-Boy Australia is seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Prestons.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience in an office environment – but we also welcome applicants with strong potential and a great attitude.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting our team with order processing and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Data entry – processing orders and service requests
  • Delivering professional and friendly customer service
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service – office-based preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organised and work independently
  • Reliable, proactive and team-oriented
