**Job Description**:
Our digital marketing team is currently looking for a commercially focused and creative CRM Marketing Executive to put their stamp on our eDM marketing strategy.

Working from our modern well situated Brisbane Corporate office you will have the opportunity to add value to an already high performing marketing team whilst utilising your exceptional creative flair and attention to detail.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing
- Implement customer lifecycle strategies including use of customer segmentation to develop, maintain and optimise the overall customer journey and performance
- Reporting - Constantly reviewing campaign and journey performance, providing insights and recommending improvements
- Define, implement and automate omnichannel communications and touch points to improve lead nurture, service provided, retention, engagement and the overall customer experience

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Experience using CRM Marketing Automation tools
- Graphic Design Skills (Adobe Creative Suite) will be highly regarded
- Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of HTML an advantage
- Copy writing skills a bonus
