**The Role**
The Executive Office Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity that sits within APRA’s Executive Office team, supporting the APRA Members.
The Coordinator will report to a senior member of the Executive Office team to support the full range of activities being undertaken by the Executive Office, including committee secretariat support, ensuring compliance with governance obligations, and assisting the Members to drive better outcomes for APRA.
The role assists in coordinating the effective functioning of some of the organisation’s key governance committees through the delivery of secretariat services primarily to the Executive Board and Executive Committee. This includes coordinating agendas, forward planners, meeting packs and meeting arrangements. The role also manages relevant correspondence and record management systems.
In addition, the role provides flexible support to the Members and the Executive Office team including assisting with organising APRA wide initiatives and developing and implementing procedures to facilitate operations.
**About you**
- Great communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail to support the smooth secretariat operation of the Executive Board and Executive Committee
- Experience in supporting boards and/or senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities which ensures that timeframes for deliverables are met
- Commitment to working well in a collaborative team environment and be flexible in identifying and making changes to enhance operations
