**Some responsibilities of the role include;**
- Manage and maintain project records, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date and stored.
- Data input from subcontractors monthly progress claims into master spreadsheet for social procurement and ISCA targets.
- Summarise contractual obligations of management plans and assist with setting up project targets and tracking.
- Assist with setting up awareness training for staff on topics uch as disbility, mental health, cultural and domestic violence
**To be successful in this key role, you must have;**
- 3+ years experience in an office environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
- High School Certificate or equivalent experience in administration
