**The Position & Organisation**

This organisation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has had a presence in local communities in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria for 70 years, with their corporate office located in Brisbane. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be working across the full employee lifecycle with a specific focus on case management. Providing best-practice generalist HR advice and support, through expert Employee Relations advice and education to all leaders throughout the business. This role will also provide support to the Senior HR Advisors through strategic advice on projects and initiatives, and assisting in the guidance of HR Coordinators in the team. To thrive in this position you will have a very strong background in the handling of a high volume case management and investigations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Expert advice and support on ER/IR matters, to help improve the employee experience;
- Proven experience in case management and handling of high volume of investigations;
- Demonstrate flexibility and proactiveness to ensure workloads are effectively managed and prioritised in an everchanging environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively to support the wider HR team on key business initiatives and to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
- Assist in the delivery of training sessions on HR policies and procedures;
- Have a genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, to ensure exceptional customer service.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience handling case management, Employment relation and industrial relation matters;
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist human resources role or business partnering role.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, in conjunction with logical and systematic problem-solving skills.
