With operational bases across Australia, this locally owned company delivers world-class performance, setting the gold standard in safety and reliability. **What's the role on offer?** Based on site at our Head Office, this is an exciting specialist role within our HR team, working closely with operational teams across the business. As the **Employee Relations** **Advisor**, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on ER/IR matters to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.
