A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join their team

**Your new company**
This organisation is a leading company in the skincare, hair care and wellness industry. They support multiple distribution partners and offer an exceptional service to all customers.

**Your new role**
- Answering phone calls and chats and assisting customers and partners in a timely manner
- Entering data to various systems including CRM systems
- Performing administration tasks on a daily basis
- Other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre or a customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
- Ability to communicate in Chinese would be desirable

Please note to be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

**What you'll get in return**
A permanent opportunity with full time or part time hours as needed. Your office will be located in the CBD and you will be working standard business hours. There is potential to Work from Home after your probation period is over.
