**Your new role**
You will be the first point of contact for the daily enquiries coming in and you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. Some of your responsibilities would include;
- Make professional recommendations to all clients that are both realistic and solution/data based
- Provide weekly reports and updates on opportunities to improve the customer experience via customer satisfaction feedback
- Capture required customer data accurately and ensure this data is recorded in the company systems
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities that have a tangible, positive customer impact as well as improve operational efficiencies through streamlining processes
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a contact centre or providing customer service face to face
- Working Knowledge, understanding and demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Passion or understanding for the renewable energy industry is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask and handle a challenging role
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
