**About the Role**
We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Norwest. You'll work with our dynamic teams to find top talent and provide a seamless recruitment experience. You’ll also get the chance to work on exciting projects that drive innovation and build our employer brand.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, using the latest tools and strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment plans
- Own recruitment channels, from job boards to social media and Career Expos
- Work on exciting TA projects that make a real impact on the business

**About You**:

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in fast-paced, large companies
- Knowledge of talent attraction, assessment, and onboarding best practices
- Experience with a HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Super organized with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
