To support a number of exciting engagements both domestically and internationally, we have identified we need to enhance our Sales and Partner department.

This role will be responsible for managing existing clients, primarily within Australia, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with the product.

- Become the ‘master’ of Secure Search and Information Exchange (S2IX) products. S2IX is promoted and sold by Myriad and is a core function and it will be your primary responsibility to support customer adoption and use of the S2iX platform.
- We focus on Government, Defence and Intelligence customers and the needs they have from software. You will be directly accountable for the customer satisfaction and adoption and exploitation of S2IX.
- Create and add value to the existing product (S2IX) through creative problem-solving, applied to your customer’s needs and requirements.
- Document and promote innovative solutions via whiteboarding, proof of concepts, and technical demonstrations.
- Understanding of how the customer uses S2IX and working with the customer to enhance the use cases and number of problems solved.
- Capture and document product enhancements to fulfill identified customer and scenario gaps. This will include presentations to customers and partners in relation to the technology and S2IX especially
- Execute customized product demonstrations that speak to the specific needs of the prospect
- Run Value Assessments with prospective customers in order to produce a tailored and quantifiable ROI and benefits / alignment presentation.
- Work as part of a small team to provide innovation and thought leadership for product adoption, exploitation and sales.

**Requirements**:

- At least five years experiencef in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in managing a complex customer with complex needs
- Ideally, you will have a good understanding of technology in general and Cloud technologies in particular.
- A critical area for us is Defence, so you are likely to have worked for Defence in the past or have worked with Defence in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to relay technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ideally, you would have a knowledge of security frameworks/policies (NIST, EU NIS)
- As this is an account management function, you are likely personable, friendly and very patient.
- Military jargon abounds with this role, and you will either already be familiar with some of the language and terms used or be prepared to learn quickly. For example, DDIL, MARFOR, UFOR, C4ISREW etc
