**Your new company**
Your role will join the corporate procurement and contracts team to develop and update the procurement framework and internal policy.
You will conceive, plan and implement initiatives that lead to best practice procurement within the procurement team and across the organisation, delivering greater efficiencies and compliance to the procurement practices.
**Your new role**
This is a change leadership and customer focused role, with the overall aim of undertaking initiatives that identify gaps, inefficiencies or poor practice with respect to the procurement activities, and then either conceiving or implementing process improvements, or educating and influencing change.
To be effective in the capacity, you should become well versed in best practice procurement and procurement policy and practice and be comfortable to engage with stakeholders across the organisation.
