**Job Description Summary**

About the Role:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the facilities management strategy for a nominated property portfolio. You will ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and business profitability while maintaining compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide office management support, including visitor management, mail services, employee car parking arrangements, and meeting room maintenance.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring technical support, Wi-Fi access, and catering needs are met.
- Manage facilities onboarding for new staff, including issuing desks, lockers, and security passes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas, including kitchen and meeting spaces.
- Partner with building management and oversee general office maintenance to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct property inspections, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Support health & safety initiatives, including hazard audits, incident reporting, and WHS executive meetings.
- Assist with organizing client and employee engagement events, including F&B management and vendor coordination.
- Develop and maintain operational standards, playbooks, and manuals to enhance workplace experience.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in facilities management, office administration, or hospitality/customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
