Facilities Coordinator
**Job Description Summary**

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day facilities management operations, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the site, and ensuring the smooth running of services. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of facility operations, liaising with contractors, and ensuring that all facilities needs are met efficiently for our client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general facilities services to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage facilities-related requests and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure proper service delivery.
- Maintain records of facilities service requests, work orders, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on facilities performance and issues.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management related to facilities operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Experience in facilities management, property services, or a similar administrative/coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proven experience working with contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance in facilities management.
- Ability to think proactively and resolve issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and inventories.
