**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take and manage incoming client calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client information.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation using various software tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall operations and client services.
- Stay up-to-date with educational opportunities to provide informed guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in migration services or education consulting is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
