Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess visa eligibility and provide expert advice.
- Analyse client information and documents to determine eligibility for Australian visas and citizenship.
- Maintain records of communication and evidence with clients
- Prepare responses for DoHA, including Natural Justice letters and PIC4020 requests.
- Ensure compliance with the code of conduct set by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Prepare quotes for any fees incurred and any additional information required by the clients or relevant authorities.
- Work in conjunction with the Director and Principal Migration Agent, as well as independently.
- Maintain excellent working relationships between all clients and colleagues.

About You:

- MARA License: Must hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian immigration laws and policy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
