**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visa Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding various visa options, eligibility criteria, and the migration process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, staying updated on changes and developments in migration policies.
- Client Representation: Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests and rights as needed.

**Requirements**:

- MARA License: Must hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.
- Experience: Fresh or 1 years of experience working as a migration agent, with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in handling client matters.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in immigration policies, procedures, and client needs.
