About the Role
We are currently seeking a Migration Agent or Experienced Case Officer to join our growing team. Working closely with our Lead Registered Migration Agent (RMA), you will assist in managing a wide range of visa applications and providing support and advice to clients throughout their migration journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering successful migration outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your profile, your tasks may include:
- Preparing and lodging visa applications (Student, General Skilled Migration, Visitor, Employer-Sponsored)
- Assisting with Skills Assessment applications
- Conducting legal research and preparing documentation for compliance
- Communicating with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the process
Who We're Looking For
We are open to two types of candidates:
Option 1: Registered Migration Agent (RMA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- MARA registration required
- Strong communication and case management skills
- Ability to provide accurate migration advice and handle cases independently
Option 2: Experienced Migration Case Officer (Non-RMA)
- 3+ years of experience working under an RMA in a migration agency or legal setting
- Excellent understanding of Australian visa systems and compliance
- Skilled in preparing high-quality applications with minimal supervision
- Team player who thrives in a back-office support role
