Rubix is a privately owned Australian resourcing company that was designed by industry specialists to provide manpower services in the telecommunications fixed-line and wireless space. We offer a variety of simple and complex delivery solutions underpinned by more than fifteen years of extensive experience, incorporating professional consulting and subcontracting services throughout our field of expertise.

Our client is a well know telecommunications services company based Nationally. They currently have a need for an experienced Project Coordinator who has previously worked on large scale Wireless Telecommunication deployment projects.

Immediate starts available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all systems are administered correctly and aligned to the requirements of the program
- Raise business orders
- Organise necessary permits
- Assist project teams for required reportings
- Produce ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or the client in a timely or accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents as required
- Drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to all other team members
- Adhering to relevant contract, commercial and legislative guidelines including WHS regulations

**About You**
- Previous experience working in the Wireless Telecommunication space
- NBN Wireless experience highly regarded
- Excellent Administrative and communication skills
- Experience in Project Scheduling, planning, invoices and Finance
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience of working within a project environment
