What you’ll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technical Lead to make a real difference in a high-growth, people-focused company. We are looking for a technical all-rounder to work within our Global Transformation team to design, develop and deliver technical solutions that transform SilverChef’s customer experiences and deliver process enhancements to make life better for our teams.

If you are passionate about technology, like to own outcomes from start to finish, and enjoy growing and developing team capabilities, this role could be a great fit for you.

The ideal person

Has deep and broad technical skills, and hands on experience in Solution design, architecture and solution implementation
- Enjoys leading and managing a small team of technical professionals.
- Is experienced with integrations, middleware, API’s, ETL’s and interfaces
- Loves continuous improvement, delivering great outcomes for customers, giving sound technical advice and ideas, and gets a kick out of solving complex problems.
- Has 5 years plus experience in the capacity of Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or similar.
- Has a strong understanding of large ERP, CRM and Finance systems (Salesforce and TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded).
