**About you**:
You are a competent and committed site-based concrete technician, who is comfortable in a hands on role, working closely with your Supervisor and Project Manager to achieve our project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of our all stakeholders. You will take pride in your work and your strengths will include project safety, risk mitigation and exceptional work quality.

Previous experience in construction is necessary covering specifications in remedial and coatings. A great attitude, reliability and hard work ethic will showcase your skills and enable a long-term career with Pensar, which entails strong career progression (Performance based

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive experience on complex and technical concrete remediation projects (ideally in building, bridges, wharves and treatment plants would be ideal, but not necessary)
- A natural ability to lead and a proactive approach in mentoring the team with all your knowledge and vast experience
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive a strong culture, promoting our core values to be respectful, patient, flexible, accountable and focused
- A track record of successful projects supported by references
- A willingness to work away from home when required (travel will be a key element of this role as this is a project / site-based role)
- A Current Driver’s License
