It is an exciting time to be a "Starrezian" with growth being achieved through expanding our core business in addition to Mergers & Acquisitions, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join our rapidly growing team

**About you**

You have an uncanny knack for problem-solving and you have a sharp product mindset. Our engineers are involved in all aspects of the software design process and create high-performing, scalable, and secure products.

You should be a pragmatic Engineer who designs the right-sized solutions to build our Products. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside of existing patterns.

You are hands-on and keep up to date with the latest.NET and web technologies.

- Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Ability to prioritise and escalate
- Experience with database design and development
- Working knowledge of web services and web technologies

**Desired Experience**:

- You have held a Technical Lead (or similar role) for at least 2 years.
- You have worked to improve, modernise and decompose large codebases
- Experience in documenting solutions
- .NET framework 4.6+ /.NET 6+
- Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET | Open-source web framework for.NET
- Web technologies - MVC, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS etc
- Azure SQL
- Azure DevOps
- Kubernetes
- Git
