We are looking for a capable professional who can interface with clients at an advisory level, manage computer infrastructure projects and take responsibility for the resolution of technical problems.

This person will:

- Act as a point of contact for new and existing clients seeking technical assistance and support
- Identify opportunities for software and hardware changes and upgrades relative to the particular client’s business needs/goals
- Handle issues and requests from clients, and provide technical advice and support to troubleshoot problems
- Determining how the clients’ current technologies can be modified or enhanced to better meet their business requirements
- Oversee project resources, perform testing of project outcomes and handover to clients
- Execute and oversee onboarding and migration projects
- Assist clients with installing and downloading appropriate software
- Strive for maximum client satisfaction by ensuring they are maximising the potential of their computer infrastructure and software
- Assist in setting up and maintaining computer networks
- Contribute to the design and drafting of our procedural documentation
- Contribute to the design and drafting of our website content when required
- Where it is within the scope, assist with any issues with other equipment such as terminals, printers and modems etc
- Train, supervise and lead the team of junior technical consultants

Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience.

Should also hold a relevant Diploma qualification, or 3 years full time work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification in some circumstances.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
