ALG currently has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Representative to join our client's team based in Melbourne for an upcoming cabin modification program. The modification work will occur at Tullamarine, where the Technical Representative will oversee seat replacement, seat power installation, and inflight entertainment. This position is a casual contract with an expected duration of two years.

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Oversight of the program of work to ensure that key milestones are achieved.
- Monitoring Programme delivery to ensure that it achieves expected outcomes in terms of quality and cost.
- Provide technical support, overcome obstacles, and foster strong relationships.
- CASA Licensed (B1 or B2)
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate full compliance with all work rules and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to obtain an ASIC (airport identification)
- Ability to comply with medical requirements (drug/alcohol and physical tests)
