**THE COMPANY**
Our client is one of the country’s leading service providers of construction chemicals and asset preservation solution. Having grown organically as a business, the company has developed an extensive client base, and has risen to become one of the top companies in their industry segment in Australia.

Due to exponential growth over the last 12 months, the company is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative, to aid in the ongoing growth and strategic focus of the business on the concrete manufacturing space.

**THE ROLE**
- Your focus will be to strategically grow and manage the existing customer base of our client within the VIC region.
- This role will have you sell a range of concrete additive products such as admixtures (i.e., Water Reducers, Accelerators, Corrosion inhibitors and other special admixture).
- Dealing with concrete manufacturers such as Boral, Hanson, Hymix etc... and speaking with plant managers, site managers, quarry managers, you will use your concrete expertise, to help them find the most suitable solution.
- This is a highly important position to the further growth of our client’s business and will focus heavily on maintaining and growing existing clients.
- A key function of this role will also be having input in the wider group business vision, developing sales strategies to develop the business further over the coming years

**YOU**
- Most Important Thing: Understanding of the concrete market.
- It’s highly advantageous if you sales experience within the concrete space but not essential.
- Intangibles: Effective communicator, honest, strong relationship builder and enthusiastic.
