As the Reporting and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development, build-out, and maintenance of the OneDigital analytics platform for analytics, insights and reporting purposes. This role will play a key part in supporting business decision-making by providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. You will lead a team of data and reporting analysts and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement, understand user behaviour, and drive data informed decision making for the OnePass program and broader Wesfarmers customer insights. You will be collaborating with data consumers across OnePass to lead the design, build and maintenance of great data and reporting products. You’ll also work alongside the data platform team to ensure that you have the tools you need and to optimise our data models. In this role, you will lead the evolution of a comprehensive and easy-to-use, self-service reporting platform that democratises data and creates a space where your colleagues are able and eager to answer their own questions. Your team will also be users of this platform, designing, building and maintaining critical performance reports to drive improved decision-making through easy access to data.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business goals. Identify key metrics and indicators to measure marketing and product performance in order to enhance member engagement and experience
- Lead the analysis of member behaviour to drive commercial outcomes from product, marketing, and finance initiatives. In effect creating clarity over results to drive future decision making.
- Collaborate with product manager, designers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand their needs, define analytics requirements and drive data informed product decisions. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the use of data in the product development process.
- Deeply understand user behaviour through comprehensive analysis of behavioural and transactional data. Identify opportunities for improving the OnePass member experience, optimising product features, and increase member engagement and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of data and reporting analysts providing guidance, training and support to ensure their professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture than emphasises continuous learning and development
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports and visualisations that track product performance, key financial metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics to support decision making and ensuring documentation is up to date and easy to use. Champion awareness and advocacy of analytics, in part through clearly and concisely explaining analytics approaches and techniques to non-technical audiences.
