THE ROLE
The purpose of the role of Manager, Data and Analytics is to lead a small team that delivers data insights and reports, improves data and information capture, sharing, quality and management to support reform of the Children and Families service system. This will involve extensive stakeholder engagement and the evaluation and analysis of data from multiple sources to inform policy development activities and reporting on critical outcomes for children, families, carers, service providers and the workforce.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Effectively manage and provide leadership to a small team of data analysts by:
(a) leading and supporting individuals to achieve their potential and contribution to organisational goals and outcomes
(b) modelling behaviours integral to good people management and departmental values.
- Direct and manage delivery of complex data projects in a timely and efficient way and to a high standard.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the department and work in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver data projects and improve data and information capture, sharing, quality and management.
