Primarily be responsible for supporting the Contracts Managers and other team members with end-to-end sourcing, contract administration and management process.

Working for the owner's team, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist.

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join their Contracts team. The role is focussed on the development and management of key commercial contracts.
- Develop and implement commercial sourcing strategies with demonstrated success of conducting contract negotiations, including cost savings, dispute/claim outcomes.
- Tendering management including tender clarifications, negotiations and evaluations, awarding, drafting contracts and post award contracts management
- Solid understanding of the principles of contract law and the ability to identify, allocate and manage risk and exposes
- Building and developing long term strategic relationships internally and externally

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree qualification in civil engineering /business/law or Accounting
- Ideally having exposure to Mining or Construction
- Sourcing and contracts experience across goods and services
- Strong ERP contract management system experience
- Must be able to work within a diverse and challenging environment
