As our Contract Specialist – Operations, you'll drive smarter, safer, and more strategic contract outcomes across a diverse portfolio—from parks and facilities to engineering and waste services.
You'll be the go-to expert for high-risk and complex contracts, embedding best practice across the organisation and ensuring our systems are integrated, compliant, and future-ready.

What You'll Be Doing Manage medium to high-risk contracts across operational teams Develop contract strategies, plans, and documentation Monitor performance, risk, and compliance across all phases Advise on procurement systems and contract variations Lead market research and supplier engagement Collaborate with WHS and procurement teams to embed safety and governance Brief senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Team What You'll Bring We're looking for a commercially savvy contract professional with a passion for safety, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
