Our capabilities are extensive through FEED to full EPCM including commissioning, maintenance, shutdowns, and plant optimisation.

CONTRACTS SPECIALIST/ CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our Projects Team. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible drafting, reviewing and finalising contracts, negotiating of terms and conditions, relationship management, coordinating responses, identifying risks, and ensuring efficient contract handover and kick-off.

This position is Full-time with a choice to work in our offices at Myaree or Wangara.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
As a professional and driven Contracts Specialist, you will:

- Ensure contracting process are in accordance with business policies, procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate and administer contract revisions, progress claims and prepare contract variations.
- Manage tender clarifications, non-conformance qualifications and exceptions.
- Assist in the development of efficient end-to-end contracting and tendering documents.
- Understand internal customer contractual needs, negotiation of terms and conditions, relationship management, coordinate responses, identify risks, and ensure efficient contract handover and kick-off.
- Provide contract management (incl. administration) support to project teams throughout the contract life cycle.
- Maintain contract data in our internal systems and other contract management systems as required.

CRITERIA
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Specialist or Contracts Administrator.
- Proven ability to set up effective systems and processes.
- Advanced communication skills to influence key internal stakeholders and clients.
- Exposure to Mining, Construction, Oil & Gas or similar industry would be advantageous.
- A degree, or progress towards a degree, in law or business or a related discipline is not essential but will well regarded.
- Permanent work rights in Australia

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
