About the role
Reporting to the Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead you’ll be providing high level data analytics and reporting data insights to the Workforce Planning management team to identify trends and insights that support workforce planning and strategic decision making.
**As our Workforce Analytics and Reporting Analyst, you'll also**:
Collect, manage, and analyse workforce data to monitor workforce metrics
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific workforce planning inquiries or challenges.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on workforce distribution and planning
Skills & Experience
Strong data reporting and analysis skills (using Excel and PowerBI, and working with customer relations management system), preferably in healthcare or workforce planning
Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, or SAS), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and presentation skills (Power Point)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex large datasets
High level communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
Hold Master’s degree in Healthcare or Data Analytics (highly desirable)
