New Desktop Support Level 1/2 Role Located in the Eastern Suburbs

Provides ICT Support and Services within the Aged Care sector, with Melbourne offices located in Box Hill & CBD.
**Your new role**
You will be providing ICT Service and Support to internal employees, predominantly in-person on a full-time basis. Offering some flexibility within the 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday business hours. Ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the ICT environment and wanting to positively contribute towards achieving the Service Desk and Support strategy. Predominantly working on-site from the Box Hill location, however, may sometimes be required to support CBD office. Some flexibility to WFH once on boarded. Offering excellent hourly rate of $57 including super.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Provide level 1 and 2 ICT services and support solutions to internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, service management, incident and problem management and digital literacy.
- Maintain active engagement with the business to understand user requirements, desktop operating environment issues and pain points. Work with ICT teams to remediate and communicate with the business.
- Contribute to the Commission’s response to critical incidents ensuring that that timely and effective management and escalation of issues is enacted, and accurate and timely reports are provided to ICT leadership
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Department of Health and other agencies to provide ICT support services
- Work towards the Service Desk and Support strategy in consultation with line manager
- Assist in project work and other duties as directed.
- Contribute to a positive culture that values innovation and ideas
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Several years supporting enterprise users in level 1-2 capacity
- Practical can-do attitude and willingness to continue learning journey
- Experience working in MS Stack
