What this job involves
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team In this varied and busy role, you’ll provide facilities services to our Government client’s portfolio.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Complete quality assurance and formatting to ensure our client gets the best insight into their properties
Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure inspections are completed, reviewed and received In line with requirements
Maintain our inspection program and ensuring information for the portfolio is updated and accurate

Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred
Strong communication skills and an active listener
Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations
A team player who is able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
