**About the role**

As the General Insurance Customer Lead, you’ll work with a diverse team across Australia and New Zealand to drive strategy and thought leadership on Customer. Within this key role you’ll help to build the Customer focus strategy and culture within the organisation, provide clarity and direction to the business on Customer.

Work with the Local, Regional and Global Leadership Teams to outline and agree on key KPIs, as well as Coordination and implementation of Group Customer Action Plan. Leading quarterly reviews of performance on customer metrics and make improvements, that drawn on best practice from Local and Overseas markets.

**Important to your success**
- A truly customer obsessed mindset with a determination to exceed customer’s expectations at every opportunity
- Experience in customer experience role, analytical and/or data focused role is essential
- General insurance knowledge an advantage
- 3 years post qualified experience preferably within Financial Services.
- A truly customer obsessed mindset with a determination to exceed customer’s expectations at every opportunity
- Extensive consumer-focused experience in an online/digital environment
- Strong Relationship Building Skills
- Demonstrated Influencing skills
- Extensive Project Management skills
