**An excellent Motor Claims Recoveries Consultant opportunity has arisen in a Leading Underwriting Organisation to support and maintain recoverable claims.**

**The Role**:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a person with motor vehicle claims recovery experience to join the GT Claims Recoveries team based in North Sydney or Parramatta. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional who can use their industry knowledge and experience to help contribute to the success of our business.

This recoveries specialist role places you at the front of a growing sector of insurance. GT Insurance offers a competitive package, career growth opportunities and a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Determine recoverable motor claims at first notification
- Build, maintain & Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - external recoveries contacts, senior management, internal customers, claims operations and customers/ policyholders.
- Maintain your own portfolio
- Identify Recovery Prospects - settle, pursue or cease.
- Ensure there is a focus on the delivery of outcomes to maximise success rates

**To be successful in this role, **you will need**:

- Strong communication skills - a clear communicator
- Strong problem solving and resolution capabilities
- Confidence in negotiating and decision making
- Customer service excellence.
- Eager to learn - someone who is keen to succeed
- Motor Vehicle Claims experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in Commercial Motor Claims.
