The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.In this role, you will work with various stakeholders across the business with a primary focus on the monitoring, coordination, and governance of Target Market Determinations (TMDs). You will review and analyse various data points relating to TMDs, identifying trends, and providing insights to the GI Head of Product Management.
- You will ensure compliance with Zurich and regulatory guidelines and processes and support the implementation of legislative or internally mandated change where required. You will maintain due diligence records, update relevant registers, and support and coordinate working groups, preparing agendas, reports, dashboards and capturing minutes.- Important to your success - let's grow together- An understanding of technical aspects of general insurance products and structures, particularly retail products.
- Strong understanding of Product disciplines and end customer experience.
- Experience with preparing Target Market Determinations, advantageous.
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and recent regulatory changes, including RG168 and RG274, desirable.
- Advanced excel skills, with the ability to interpret and summarise large quantities of data quickly.
