18m fixed term contract opportunity for a Process Improvement Lead to join a large Gov Agency

**Your new company**
You will join a large government agency based in Parramatta to support with the Employee Experience Program.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the Improve Delivery Team, which exists to bring process improvement rigor, methods, & tools to strategic priority areas and process improvements initiatives in the Employee Experience. The purpose of this lead role is to drive & deliver process improvement in the Employee Experience Program - with the emphasis on delivery of clearly defined deliverables, which you will help shape. You will help teams deliver measurable improvements, resulting in better systems integration, waste reduction & value adding solutions, achieving higher levels of process maturity.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be Lean Six Sigma (black belt) certified and have extensive experience driving large transformation programs. You will have excellent analytical skills and strong communication, mentoring and coaching skills. It is desirable to have knowledge and experience with Employee Experience/Human Resources administrive processes and systems in a large organisation.

**What you'll get in return**
You will gain an 18m fixed term contract offering $160K-$180K depending on experience. You will be part of a supportive team and will have a hybrid working environment. This position is likely to go permanent in the future.
