**Location**: Sydney, Australia

We are a leading manufacturer of Industrial Pneumatics and controls, seeking a QHSE Process Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, driving continuous improvement, and identifying and mitigating risks.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Review product quality and manufacturing processes for improvement and compliance
- Ensure hazards and unsafe work practices are identified and corrective actions are taken
- Investigate and address quality issues through a customer-centric approach
- Conduct routine preventative product/process Quality checks
- Develop and revise quality documentation and support development of manufacturing SOPs
- Provide Quality and Safety inputs during new product development and qualification of new materials/processes/equipment
- Facilitate surveillances and audits on manufacturing/product/process conformance
- Lead teams to investigate identified problems and define and implement corrective and improvement actions
- Promote and actively participate in continuous improvement, lean, and cost-saving initiatives
- Support supplier quality activities and initiatives as needed
- Oversee, direct, and support Quality officer/s
- Support the implementation of the Change management process and internal and external audit activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001:2015
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
