This newly created role will play a critical and integral part in strategically sourcing future team members. The Star Entertainment Group is currently undergoing an enterprise-wide cultural transformation in parallel to monumental, fast-tracked growth. Reporting to the Group Manager Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialist, we're looking for Sourcing Coordinator’s to join our Sydney based Talent Acquisition team At the Star, you will have the opportunity to create impact by sourcing and growing the Talent Community in line with the Company strategy and business priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate online and face to face with connections, selling The Star brand and engaging talent.

**About you**

You are a high performer with experience working within a very fast paced environment. You may have supported recruitment teams previously or have recently started your recruitment career looking to grow professionally in a large organisation. You have strong written communication skills which enable you to engage and build advocacy with The Star’s Talent Community and the broader Talent Acquisition Team. Most importantly, you thrive on building connections. You are genuine and engaging in every interaction, leaving memorable trademarks internally and externally, as people are your passion

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a recruitment role required working with corporate and specialist client groups
- Previous experience in outreach and developing and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated understanding of online sourcing channels and success in developing and executing digital Talent Acquisition recruitment campaigns
- Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficial
- Degree or HR Qualification/Certificate or equivalent (desirable)
