Talent Sourcing Specialist

This newly created role will play a critical and integral part in strategically sourcing future team members. The Star Entertainment Group is currently undergoing an enterprise-wide cultural transformation in parallel to monumental, fast-tracked growth. Reporting to the Group Manager Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialist, we're looking for seasoned Sourcing Specialist’s to join our Sydney based Talent Acquisition team At the Star, you will have the opportunity to create impact by sourcing and growing the Talent Community in line with the Company strategy and business priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Teams support the proactive sourcing and engagement of external talent and maintaining talent pipelines utilising LinkedIn, Seek Premium and other sourcing channels.
- Adding value to customers through innovative sourcing, understanding market trends, potential talent gaps and implementing leading practice recruitment strategies.
- Communicate with connections, selling The Star brand and engaging talent.
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires by creating pools and talent mapping.

**About you**

You understand the value-add in an internal ‘agency’ or ‘head-hunter’ role to identify and source critical talent aligned to the workforce needs. You are natural advocate promoting The Star’s cultural transformation and are inspired to think creatively on how to source the best people. You appreciate insights and data to demonstrate the volume and impact of the sourcing activities through reporting metrics. You may have previously worked as a Talent Sourcer, or are an existing Recruiter looking to enhance your talent sourcing capabilities. You understand the Talent Acquisition Partners own the relationships with the Business, however this role will enable you to partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to support find amazing talent. **What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a recruitment role required working with corporate and specialist client groups
- Previous experience in outreach and developing and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated understanding of online sourcing channels and success in developing and executing digital Talent Acquisition recruitment campaigns
- Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficial
- Degree or HR Qualification/Certificate or equivalent (desirable)
