About the role

Reporting to the General Manager of Client Relations in Victoria, the Business Operations Manager role is vital to ensuring our clients are given the best possible chance of success and receive an outstanding client experience.

You will be an integral member of our Relationship team, responsible for anticipating our valued Clients’ needs in relation to all aspects of their facility. You will also be tasked with the recruitment, training, development, management and engagement of our Relationship team to enable them in delivering an outstanding level of Client Experience.

A little bit about you

You must enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Your passion for Commercial lending, ideally Invoice Finance, delivering the best possible client service and a people focused results driven approach will see you succeed in this role.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- 4+ years’ experience as a Working Capital or Commercial Lending Team leader
- Commercial credit lending experience across multiple products and industries
- Experience managing Client facing Relationship Teams
- The ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred Experience working within regulatory and legislative requirements - NCCP (Responsible Lending), Privacy Act, AML/KYC.
