**Project Administrator**
As a result of our significant growth and 90% of FY23 work-in-hand is already secured, Georgiou seeking a Site Administrator to join our M12 West JV project team on a permanent basis. This project involves the construction of a 6km dual carriageway motorway between The Northern Road, Luddenham and 400-metres east of Badgerys Creek, along with the construction of 11 bridges and a grade-separated interchange connected with the Western Sydney Airport.
Reporting to our project Commercial Manager in our Badgerys Creek office, you will be trusted to:
- Provide clerical/administrative support and site assistance to the Engineering team, including raising purchase orders, payment requests and Timesheets for wages staff on the project
- Liaising with suppliers to source quotes and prepare evaluations, assisting in the preparation and production of reports and data.
- Assist in general office duties and ensure strong compliance across our project activities
- You will be the opportunity to build a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels within the company in this opportunity.
What you’re good at:
Aside from having experience in a similar administration position (ideally within a civil construction environment), you’re a driven team player with great time management and general computer skills, including the use of Excel. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver consistent outcomes with an eye for details. Sound interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication are also essential to be successful in this role.
