In this role you will provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to staff related to Lifestyle and Well-being initiatives at Shell Cove. This role focuses on supporting customer directed care, for both our residential care home and retirement village customers, that promotes independence as well as social wellbeing. Within this role you will also welcome and conduct the Induction process of our customers.

**The requirements | What it takes to do this work**

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Community Facilitator, you’ll also need:

- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to implement an innovative and interdisciplinary lifestyle and wellbeing model of care
- Demonstrated ability to collaboratively implement and coordinate a team approach to service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff in a manner that promotes high levels of engagement and collective achievement of objectives
- Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing community, lifestyle and wellness activities, practices, policies and procedures
