**The role**:
In your role you will be responsible for delivering laundry and personal clothing services to our residents in a manner that supports customer choice. You will actively converse & engage with our residents ensuring consistent high quality of service.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
