**The Opportunity**
As **Head of People Partnering **, you’ll lead a team of three, driving the delivery of innovative people strategies that align with our evolving business needs. Reporting to the GM of HR, this pivotal role is about fostering collaboration, coaching a high-performing team, and influencing senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes for our workforce.

**What You'll Do**
- Partner with senior leadership to roll out strategic people initiatives that drive commercial impact.
- Lead HR integration and transformation projects across geographies.
- Shape and execute HR initiatives, including enterprise engagement programs.
- Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing team of People Partners.
- Build an inclusive culture that champions innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management are central to all we do.

**About You**
- A strategic HR leader with experience in HR business partnering, talent and capability building and engagement, and organisational change.
- Adept at driving large-scale cultural transformations and delivering results in complex, regulated environments.
- A credible, inclusive, and collaborative leader with strong influencing skills and a hands-on approach.
- Skilled at leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
