Let’s talk about the team
The People Operations team report into the People Operations Manager located within the People Services team. This role is key to supporting the employee experience at Latitude, and works closely with the Payroll team but also the wider People team. The People Operations team are the first point of contact for the People team, providing generalist HR advice and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. In addition to managing daily tasks this role actively drives process improvement through championing People activities and improvement initiatives

Let's talk about the role:
The People Operations Partner is responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.

This is a HR generalist role, managing all aspects of HR with a focus on process improvement. This includes policy and CA interpretation, coaching, administration, HR auditing and reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Let's talk about you
- HR operational experience is preferred
- Exposure to high volume / high accuracy transaction processing and contract administration
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures, legislative, regulatory and statutory requirements and the ability to provide advice on these matters
- Strong understanding of Workday or similar people management system as well as Microsoft office
- Experience with a broad range of generalist People processes
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously or within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and adopt a growth mindset

Desirable
- Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline is preferable
- Broad, generalist HR experience ideally within an agile and / or digital environment
- Confident partnering with stakeholders to both respectfully challenge, coach and support
- Passionate about learning and adopts a growth mindset
- Empathetic, authentic and a natural problem solver.
